BMS Design & Installation
We provide a full turnkey service for BMS installation and upgrade projects, from design through to demonstration. We specialise in upgrade projects in live occupied buildings, ensuring sites can continue with business as usual. By ensuring clear communication and working in partnership with our clients we deliver projects on time and on budget, with ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition from our projects team to the building's FM team. We have delivered projects across all sectors including healthcare, technology companies, data centres, pharmaceutical, hospitality, central government, and major sporting venues. With our wealth of BMS expertise we provide a full turnkey service from system design right through to commissioning, handover and client training. BMS Maintenance & Support
We are a highly experienced service and maintenance company with a focus on dedicated, high-quality customer service. We provide a comprehensive portfolio of services, from scheduled onsite planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits to remote support and reactive maintenance. Our customer-focused approach, excellent reputation, and strong relationships give our customers the peace of mind that their BMS is in safe hands. HVAC plant and associated services are the primary energy users within commercial buildings accounting for up to 80% of total consumption. The BMS dictates the operation of the HVAC plant and hence associated energy efficiency along with the comfort conditions in the building. If the operation of the BMS is not kept at is optimum, then operation of the building will suffer as a direct result of the poor BMS performance. This often results in uncomfortable environmental conditions, increased energy consumption and even poor staff performance. Regular servicing and maintenance of the BMS is imperative to keep the building performance at its peak. BMS Optimisation
Optimisation of a BMS is simply the most cost-effective way to reduce the energy consumption of a building. This process involves assessing the current software operation and identifying areas where a change in the software strategy, and thus the mode of operation of the associated electrical or mechanical plant, leads to more efficient operation and therefore reduced energy consumption and associated operating costs. Costs associated with BMS optimisation are much lower than most other energy initiatives, often with much higher potential savings and therefore much quicker payback periods hence leading to this method of energy reduction being referred to as 'low hanging fruit'.

Retro-Commissioning
During the life of a building many changes are often made to BMS to accommodate staff comfort or operational changes to the building itself. These changes may simply involve setpoint changes, changes to operating times, or potentially changes to the fundamental operation of the software strategy itself. Often these changes lead to inefficient plant operation, and in many cases mechanical plant may be operating when not required or even operating in opposing heating and cooling conditions. Retro-commissioning resets the BMS to the intended design parameters to improve operation of HVAC plant, stabilise comfort conditions and reduce energy consumption.
