We have extensive experience across a wide variety of property sectors including hospitality industry, healthcare, commercial, government, education and retail. Fairmile Technical was founded by engineers, for engineers. Our business was built on a simple principle: that building controls should be designed and installed to perform — not just to specification, but to the highest possible standard for the life of the building.
We work across the full spectrum of commercial property — from single-building office refurbishments to multi-site portfolios for some of the UK's most recognised organisations. Our clients include technology companies, healthcare providers, central government, major sporting venues, and leading property management firms.
Being manufacturer-independent means we specify the right platform for each project. Our engineers are trained and approved across all major BMS platforms including Trend, Distech and Tridium — giving our clients genuine choice and the confidence that their system will be maintained and supported for decades to come.
